Frontier Airlines Invites Consumers to 'Vaccinate Their Vacation'

DENVER. Feb. 22, 2021 – Low-fare carrier Frontier Airlines is offering consumers the opportunity to ‘vaccinate their vacation’ by waiving change and cancellation fees for bookings made through March 31, 2021. Additionally, the airline has launched a 90% off* fare sale on flights departing on select dates between now and June 16, 2021.

“We are inviting consumers to take a ‘vacci-cation’ with us – meaning they can vaccinate their trip against change and cancel fees by booking with Frontier,” said Tyri Squyres, vice president of marketing, Frontier Airlines. “Customers who may be hesitant to book a flight because they are not sure whether or not they will have their vaccine on time, can book without worry knowing there won’t be a penalty if they need to change the travel date. And, with fares currently available at 90 percent off, this is an extraordinary time to grab a great flight deal while they last.”

In addition to the significant flight discount and “vacci-cation guarantee,” every flight incorporates the airline’s comprehensive health and safety program. Frontier also includes a fogging disinfectant to its already stringent aircraft cleaning and sanitation protocols, which provides a safe, certified disinfecting solution proven to be effective against viruses. The fogging includes virtually every surface in the passenger cabin. Planes are wiped down every night with additional disinfectant, as well.

During flight, main cabin air is a mix of fresh air drawn from outside and air that has been passed through an air filtration system that features HEPA filters capable of capturing respiratory virus particles at more than 99.9% efficiency – similar to those used in hospital environments.
