New earn rates for miles and points, with cardmembers earning more miles

For tickets purchased starting Sep. 1, Frontier Miles members will earn more miles and Elite Status points when purchasing an Economy, Premium or Business Bundle. Frontier Airlines World Mastercard cardmembers with Elite Diamond status will earn 22 miles and Elite Status points per dollar spent. In addition to the earn rates listed below, select cardmembers who make eligible Frontier purchases with their Frontier Airlines World Mastercard will earn an additional 5X miles and 1X Elite Status point per dollar spent. Travel Miles are earned in several ways, by making eligible purchases on Flyfrontier.com, using your FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard, earning miles with a Frontier travel partner, or purchasing miles. Travel Miles are redeemable for free flight fares on Frontier Airlines. Unlike Elite Status Points, Travel Miles do not qualify members for Elite Status. Miles are yours and do not expire as long there is eligible activity on a member's account annually.

Elite Status Points are accumulated by making eligible purchases on Flyfrontier.com or with your FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard. Elite Status Points are not redeemable for flights. Points are used solely to track a member’s progress toward Elite Status. Elite Status Points accrue annually to give members status for the rest of the current year as well as the next year. Members who earn 10,000 points in January 2024, will be an Elite Silver Status member from February 2024 through the end of 2025. At the beginning of each calendar year, a member’s Elite Status Points balance resets to zero for accrual to subsequent status period. Members must earn status annually.

Highlights to the enhanced program include:

·         Travel Miles and Elite Status Points now accrue based on dollars spent on Frontier eligible products – including flights, bags, seat assignments, and bundles - with a standard 10X multiplier: $1=10 miles. Mileage multipliers increase at every status level up to 20X. All of these miles qualify towards Status.

·         There are four status levels – Silver (new at 10K), Gold (20K), Platinum (50K) and Diamond (100K). All status levels will enjoy:

o    A free advance seat assignment

o   No change or cancel fees, when changes are made seven days or more in advance of flight departure. Note: Fare and options price difference applies to changes and cancellations

o   Priority Customer Care

o   Family Pooling

o   Priority Boarding

·         New status tiers are enriched with many new benefits, including:

o    Free upgrades to Premium Seating at Gold level and above Note: subject to availability

o   Free carry-on bag at Gold level and above, with Platinum and above applicable to the entire booking

o   Free checked bag, including golf, ski or scuba gear, at Platinum level and above. At Diamond, customers enjoy two checked bags for each individual in their booking

o   Free pet-in-cabin at Platinum level and above Note: subject to availability

o   Ability to gift Gold status to a family member or friend at Diamond level and gift of silver with Platinum

o   Mileage multiplier increases at each level, with up to 20x as many miles earned per dollar spent

·         Consumers can qualify for new Silver Status level with only 10,000 points (equivalent to $1000 spent on Frontier products)

·         Each Status level provides a faster path to obtain the next level and more miles to use towards free travel when eligible purchases are made for completed flights:

o   Silver, at 10,000 qualifying points: 12X multiplier per dollar spent

o   Gold, at 20,000 qualifying points: 14X multiplier per dollar spent

o   Platinum, at 50,000 qualifying points: 16X multiplier per dollar spent

o   Diamond, at 100,000 qualifying points: 20X multiplier per dollar spent
