Frontier Airlines Receives FAA Diamond Award for Aircraft Maintenance Training Excellence

DENVER – February 10, 2026 –Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: ULCC) has been awarded the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Diamond Award of Excellence for 2025, recognizing the company and its aircraft maintenance technicians (AMTs) for their commitment to maintenance training and safety. To qualify for the honor, 100 percent of the airline’s eligible AMTs must complete additional FAA-developed safety training courses throughout the year.

“We are honored to once again receive this recognition from the FAA, shining a spotlight on our incredible AMTs who went above and beyond throughout 2025 to complete valuable safety training courses,” said Jeff Moore, vice president of technical operations, Frontier Airlines. “Safety is always Frontier’s top priority, and this award is a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment.”

In recent years, Frontier has modernized its Technical Operations training program curriculum, introducing new courses and developing new training techniques which include structured on-the-job experience. This ensures the company’s AMTs receive a world-class training and are empowered to support daily operations.
