Griz the “Santa Bear” Spreads Holiday Cheer at DEN; Gives Out FREE Gold Status to Travelers

DENVER – December 18, 2023 - Folks on a Frontier Airlines flight from Atlanta (ATL) to Denver (DEN) were surprised with a special gift at DEN baggage claim Monday morning. Frontier’s lovable mascot, Griz the Bear, was dressed as Santa Claus as he and his Team Frontier elves tied status vouchers to bags arriving at baggage claim. Each Frontier customer who checked bags on the Denver-bound flight received Frontier Gold status!

Gold status provides a variety of perks including free carry-on bags and priority boarding.
